I never made it north to Chang Mai, although I think I waht-ed myself out in Bangkok, so I'm not terribly upset about it...but I'm sure it was absolutely amazing!
Another beautiful shot!
Gorgeous!! I'm so jealous of all your world travels, Jamie. Maybe someday I can be half as well traveled as you! :)P.S. Truth time: I only know where Chang Mai is...because it was on an episode of the Bachelorette. Eeek. I cannot believe I just admitted that.
Wow...love all that gold! Beautiful photo!

Just looked through your last few posts and I feel like I've been a holiday! Thanks. :)
my jaw dropped when the page loaded and I saw this. what a sight it must have been to see this, standing in front of it, snapping away. this is rich. happy day to you Jamie.
Holy cow. Amazing. Real gold?
Very nice! I'm impressed you can keep this up for the whole month!
Oh, and, don't think I have mentioned how much I like your style of travel photography...you take interesting angles of your subjects...I can tell what attracted you to certain buildings by your angles and compostion...I love knowing or thinking that I can see what you liked most about a subject. And, also, nice sharp images...crisp, lovely.
It is unbelievable how delicate the detail is on that building.
The gold work on this building is beyond amazing!!! How breathtaking it must have been to see in the "real"!
I have never seen such beautiful detail anywhere. What a wonderful photograph this is!
It's so interesting to see how different culture express themselves in the fine detail. Fascinating.
