I made it back to Istanbul after a couple of days of travel, which wasn't as bad as usual, because I somehow got upgraded to first class on the longest leg (Chicago to London) what a treat.
Because work is going to be so crazy for the next several weeks my posts are going to be heavy on photos and short on words. I have a ton of photos from the Caribbean and even Switzerland I haven't shared yet so I hope you don't mind taking a visual vacation with me. First up Barbados.
I kicked off my cruise with Barbados' most famous musician, but really can you ever get enough Rhianna? Only Girl in the World

First class. Fancy!
Barabados is very colorful!
Oh how lovely - love all the photos.
what a beautiful place... have a great week!
I'm so jealous of your travels! It is rainy and dreary in my corner of the world today, so this little vacation was a warm treat for my eyes!
We have a Jazzercise routine to that song. Maybe I'll stick it in my set tonight. Miss you already. Heard about your fancy travels from mom and your other news. So happy for you!!!
whoa, I must have been living under a rock or something, I'm unfamiliar with Rhianna, but she has really cool hair!!! thanks for sharing photos of your cruise - my favorite is the last one that shows the true grit of the streets, love it. I really like the photo of the little white boat too. Boy did you luck out with that first class upgrade. I've never traveled first class but it's one of my goals! Hope you're all rested up and having a fun time in Istanbul. happy week to you Jamie.
Great song!
When I saw the snap of the little white row boat, I immediately started thinking of Ace of Base "Break My Stride". Too funny.
gorgeous. i'll take a visual vacation with you anytime.
Nice first class. I actually could go for some tropical right now, and I don't say that very often! I think I just need a vacation. I'll take anywhere really. Haha.
I love her S&M song!
So gorgeous. I am jealous of your travels.

Barbados does look very colourful.
And First class upgrade? One of my dreams. If no one upgrades me, I'll have to buy my own ticket one day. It wont't be any time soon though.
Happy Wednesday!
Ahhh, my dad used to live in Barbados...it was so lovely to visit him. I remember not liking the town very much but the beaches and the "country side" was just perfect.
I enjoyed seeing sites from my past ;)
