Vintage Fire Truck

2012.03 Gunlock (2 of 69)
On our way to Gunlock Reservoir we stopped in Gunlock (a microscopic town) to check out their vintage fire truck. It was incredible looking and given the terrible fire season we are experiencing in the west, I suspect it is having a busy summer.

I don't think I can post pictures of a fire truck without thinking of one of my favorite Ryan Adams songs: Ashes and Fire.

You have captured some great pictures of the fire-truck. I love vintage (antique) vehicles. This one just amazes me that it looks to be in great shape and still running!

Very cool. I got a great photo of a vintage fire truck in Tilamook, OR but I haven't posted it. Love them.

Very appropriate considering the state of our state right now.

Great pictures! I will show them to my dad, he will love these. The town of Virgin has a very old vintage firetruck as well.
