Giveaway: Postcards

Tree by Stream

Photo from my favorite postcard

I'm interrupting my endless travel stories for a very good reason - a giveaway.

The day before I left for Switzerland I got some postcards I had made in the mail (in preparation for Kat's Postcard Swap.)  It was such a rush to see my photographs printed as postcards - when I opened the package I felt like an artist!

UPrinting

When UPrinting, an online printing company, asked me if I wanted to do a postcard giveaway, I said yes right away.  Even if you aren't participating in Kat's swap, I can think of several postcard designs that might come in handy - Christmas cards, invitations, even something for your business.  Here's some details on the giveaway:

The winner will receive 100 5x7 postcards, printed on 14 pt Cardstock, gloss, no folding, with front and back printing.  There is a two business day print turnaround time and (sorry) the giveaway is restricted to US residents 18 years old and above.

To enter, comment on this post telling me what kind of postcards you'd make (be sure to include an email).  You can add a second comment if you are a subscriber/follower to this blog.  Comments must be received by end of day Friday, June 24 (MST.)

I would love postcards...I would either do them of one of the pictures that I have taken in my photography class, or one for my preschool! A "welcome back to school", or "Hope you are having a good summer!"

How fun!

I passed on Kat's swap, and am regretting it. I'd love to win this getaway, and I would probably use the prize to order postcards to send at the holidays.

I would most likely use mine for Christmas cards. As that seems to be the one thing around the Holidays that slips my mind!

And of course I follow your blog :)

I never really mail anything anymore, except maybe birthday cards. But I wish everyone luck!

I would use my cards to send to friends letting them know "I am thinking of You" or to say "Thank You" or "You did a great Job" Love your pictures on every blog post!

What a wonderful gift! I would take photos of my collage art use it as a design. The textures and layers would look great on postcards!

Funny, I just got contacted by this company as well but not for postcards. So I'd LOVE this! I'd totally print a dandelion or two on these for gifts. I think it would be very neat to see some of my own art.

This would be awesome! I have family all over the world. Tennessee, New York, Italy! I would want it to be something happy. Maybe a picture I took of a stargazer lily.
