Happy Birthday T

My nephew turned 2 on Friday.  I'm not completely convinced he understands what a birthday is, despite the fact that his sister loves to play "birthday."  He does, however, understand it is fun to get presents and eat cake.  My sister planned a party at an indoor amusement park.  We were one of the first to arrive so the kids had their choice of rides with no lines and the adults had the task of keeping track of all the cousins and friends who came out to help celebrate.

It was pretty much the perfect way to spend a Saturday.  What did you do this weekend?  I hope it was equally perfect.

I've fallen in love with Peter Bradley Adams over the past few weeks, his voice is beautiful and his songs are amazing, the lyrics to this one are so perfect.

First off, Happy Birthday T! What a great party locale for a kid--great planning mama!

I loved spending time with my own nephew this weekend (who, as chance would have it, turns 2 in two weeks) and my new baby niece. Love being an auntie! :)

Looks like it was a super fun party! All those kiddy events give us adults the opportunity to escape back to earlier times when we all lived for and enjoyed every moment! So sweet.

Jamie you're so blessed to have this time with them. I can see how much fun it is - look at his expressive eyes. the photo of them flying through the air is a classic; one that you will look at years from now and smile.
Peter B.A. has a fantastic voice, and his cover design is eye-catching too. I really like this tune; it seems like it would be nice on a movie soundtrack. thanks for sharing Jamie!
